Online sessions are conducted via Zoom. Language will be delivered in English or Cantonese at your choice. All bookings and services are non-refundable. We may offer rescheduling options upon requests. We can customize the class for you based on your need. Our Face Yoga classes provide coaching for the following areas:
Reduce and prevent forehead wrinkles by learning how to release the tension on your scalp, forehead area and being aware of your daily habits and facial expressions.

Create a bright and toned eye area by focusing on reducing eye bags, improving crow's feet, puffy eyes, droopy eye lids, dark eye circles, dry eyes by activating and relaxing over-worked and tired muscles especially for those who are in front of their laptop and phone for a long time.
Mouth and lip area
Create a confident looking smile, tone your mouth area by working towards more rosy and plump lips, reducing smokers’ lines and lifting up the corner of your mouth.
Lift up your cheeks by creating more definition or volume and improve marionette lines
Cheek and nasolabial fold area
Tone, relax and release tension around the neck and jaw area, reduce line on the neck, reduce double chin, reduce tightness on your shoulder and neck area.

Group Face Yoga class
Time: 1 hour each session.
Each session will focus on a specific area, such as the Forehead, eyes, cheek, neck, jaw line, and mouth etc. The goals are to release tension, relax and tone your face muscles. It will be so much fun doing face yoga and facial gua sha with others.

Target to share wellness & Skin care tips and Face Yoga and Facial Gua Sha techniques to improve the wellbeing and boost energy and circulation. It will be fun to exercise with other likeminded people.
6 weeks bootcamp for Face Glow
Price: TBD (6 weeks program for on demand videos)
Time: 15 mins per day, 7 days per week for 6 weeks
You will learn Face Yoga techniques for all 6 areas in this program in 6 weeks. You can watch the videos at your own pace. We will focus on one area for each week and track progress. This includes 1. Forehead area, 2. Eye area, 3. Mouth and Lip area, 4. Cheek, 5. Nasolabial Fold area, 6. Neck and Jawline area.
Everyday Face Yoga membership.
Price: TBD per month each member
You will have unlimited access to on demand videos, skin care tips, enjoy one 30 minutes one on one private class for free and access to Everyday Face Yoga Facebook community to get latest information.
